Road America's Business Development Team Meeting in Miami
During the meeting, we discussed an analysis of key negotiations within current clients, a review of 2018 and an action plan for 2019.
Road America’s Business Development and Client Services team met on December 10th through 12th 2018, in Miami, FL to discuss what is expected in 2019. It also brought a new team member Frank Campolo to the Business Development team where he was introduced to all aspects of Road America.
During the meeting, they discussed an analysis of key negotiation within current clients, a review of 2018 and an action plan for 2019. They had an informative session about understanding the market and its competitors and opportunities. 2019 brings many exciting new things in regards to Operations structure and Ernesto Munizaga Vice President provide them details of what is to come.
It provided opportunities to ensure we are delivering on our promise to our clients and understanding better their expectations. We discussed the Marketing achievements for 2018 and what is to come for 2019.
Road America spoke about many products that Road America provides to be able to provide a larger range of service to our clients and customers.
We ended the section with a great SWOT analysis that allowed them to see what they do great and what we need to work on for 2019.
